Direction the Marais Poitevin<\/strong> and more precisely Longeville sur Mer, for an escapade in symbiosis with nature! It is at the pier of the <\/strong>Maison du Marais<\/a> <\/strong>that we give you rendezvous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the Maison du Marais, leave on your own with a boat<\/strong> or a canoe<\/strong> to visit this second wetland of France. A characteristic fauna and flora of the Marais awaits you: there you will appreciate the irises, the orchids and also the swans, storks and coypu which cohabit there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The average duration of the visit is 1 hour or even 1 hour 15 minutes to complete the 3 km route full of information panels to help you discover these natural wonders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is 207 hectares<\/strong> of the Commune of Saint Denis du Payr\u00e9 protected in National Nature Reserve where more than 350 species of plants, more than 1150 species of insects and 101 species of spiders have been listed….
You are in one of the most beautiful observatories in France!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An animator guides you for a visit of about 2 hours. The visit of the reserve begins with a short film. Then you reach the observatory via a path on stilts. There you can contemplate rare species. It is above all the habitat that has been protected for nearly 50 years<\/p>\n\n\n\n
